Description

You will design, implement, and maintain complex Cisco-based network infrastructure and manage firewall security operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Cisco routing and switching infrastructure using EIGRP and BGP protocols.
• Configure and troubleshoot Palo Alto Networks firewalls, including policy optimization, threat prevention, and VPN setup.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for advanced routing, switching, and firewall performance issues.
• Monitor network performance and address bottlenecks using SolarWinds.
• Automate provisioning via Cisco DNA Center and manage firewall configurations through Panorama.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on network engineering experience.
• Deep knowledge of Cisco routing and switching, specifically EIGRP and BGP.
• Experience deploying and managing Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Threat Prevention, and URL Filtering.
• Proficiency with SolarWinds monitoring tools.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ITSM and Jira for project management.
• Ability to maintain network diagrams, SOPs, and knowledge base documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP (Enterprise/Security) or PCNSE certifications.
• Network automation experience using Python or Ansible.
• Experience in large-scale Distribution Center or Manufacturing environments.
