Description

You will design, implement, and optimize enterprise wireless network infrastructure, leading projects from planning through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Cisco wireless infrastructure and associated management platforms.
• Perform predictive and active wireless site surveys and network validation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot wireless network performance and client connectivity issues.
• Manage wireless authentication, authorization, and policy management solutions.
• Document network configurations and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of progressive experience in wireless network engineering within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong experience designing and implementing Cisco wireless solutions (AireOS, IOS-XE).
• Proficiency with Cisco Catalyst Center and Cisco Prime Infrastructure.
• Experience with Ekahau for wireless design and NetAlly for performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of enterprise ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and vendor support processes.
• Strong understanding of wireless authentication, AAA technologies, and WiFi design principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Leadership or mentoring experience.
• Certifications: CCNP, CWSP, CWDP.
