You will manage complex network architectures in contested and bandwidth-limited environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Layer 2/3 routing and switching protocols.
• Manage SATCOM backhaul, RF/mesh networking, and transport enclaves.
• Deploy cross-domain solutions and multi-level security architectures using NSA Type-1 crypto.
• Automate network configuration and validation using scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Shepherd RMF packages through eMASS to achieve full ATO.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Expertise in Layer 2/3 routing and switching.
• Hands-on experience with SATCOM backhaul and RF/mesh networking.
• Practical knowledge of cross-domain solutions and NSA Type-1 crypto.
• Proficiency with Python, Ansible, and Terraform for automation.
• Experience with network test and validation tools.
• Familiarity with multi-level security architectures.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP/CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent expert-level certification.
• Experience with CJADC2, ABMS, OMS/UCI, or tactical data links like Link-16/22 and TTNT.
• Knowledge of containerized networking (CNI plugins, Service Mesh) and classified DevSecOps pipelines (Platform One, Iron Bank).
