Job Responsibilities include:

Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure solutions, including routing, switching, network security, VPNs, and connectivity services.

Lead network architecture, system design, technology upgrades, and infrastructure improvement initiatives to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex network, hardware, and software issues while providing advanced technical support for enterprise environments.

Develop and maintain network security controls, including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, and secure remote access solutions.

Collaborate with customers, vendors, managed service providers, and internal infrastructure teams to deliver network projects and operational excellence.

Create and maintain network documentation, standards, topology diagrams, project plans, and performance reports while providing technical leadership and mentoring to team members.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.

8+ years of experience in Enterprise Network Engineering, Network Architecture, Infrastructure Operations, or related networking roles.

Strong expertise in enterprise network design, routing and switching, network security, firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and complex network troubleshooting.

Proven experience leading network infrastructure projects, developing network architecture solutions, managing vendor relationships, and supporting large-scale enterprise network environments with high availability and security requirements
