Description

You will manage infrastructure and network security across lab environments and production systems, handling everything from hardware installation to L3 troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install and deinstall network equipment, including firewalls and switches, in lab environments.
• Test and document network environments to validate configurations before production deployment.
• Perform L1/L2/L3 troubleshooting and deep network analysis.
• Manage element management, network management tools, alarming, and reporting.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of advanced configuration and system administration experience with Juniper SRX and F5 firewalls or similar.
• 3+ years of experience configuring basic routing and switching, specifically with Nokia, Juniper, or Cisco.
• Strong understanding of network architectures involving routers, switches, firewalls, and application delivery controllers.
• Proficiency with Linux and WAN technologies.
• Experience with virtualization, network security, cache servers, proxies, WAN optimizers, and web servers.
• Experience with SNMP and SNMP-based SIEM and NMS systems.
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Keysight/Ixia Breaking Point traffic simulators.
• Experience with scripting and automation.
