Description

You will design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure and firewall policies. This role focuses on maintaining secure connectivity across on-premises and AWS cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement network requirements for enterprise initiatives.
• Configure and manage enterprise firewalls, prioritizing Check Point, to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
• Maintain and support Cisco ACI Fabric environments and participate in network upgrades.
• Troubleshoot complex network connectivity and performance issues, including incident response and root cause analysis.
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills

• 3–7+ years of Network Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience administering enterprise firewalls, with Check Point strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, VPNs, VLANs, and network segmentation.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud environments and foundational cloud networking concepts.
• Experience with Cisco ACI Fabric.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Check Point CloudGuard.
• Background in utility or highly regulated environments.
• Exposure to operational technology (OT) or industrial networking.
