Description

You will design, maintain, and support the network infrastructure to ensure reliability and availability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical network solutions and frameworks based on business requirements.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting.
• Develop design guidelines, documentation, standard configurations, and implementation best practices.
• Monitor system performance and recommend infrastructure solutions in compliance with IT policy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and defend technical solutions constructively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or related infrastructure roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications and customer connectivity.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Windows, Word, Excel, and Access).
• Experience using AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with IT applications including eJMS, ABR, ITR, IFH, KBS, and IVP.
• Ability to analyze technical problems using multiple methodologies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for interacting with employees, contractors, and customers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with QGIS.
