Description

You will design, deploy, and support network infrastructure for corporate real estate projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network infrastructure for new facilities, expansions, relocations, and co-locations.
• Collaborate with project managers to execute technical network designs aligned with organizational standards.
• Deploy and configure network components including LAN, WLAN, WAN, SD-WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BoM) based on site layouts and infrastructure standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including Transition-to-Operations (TTO) records, for all network deliverables.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in network implementation within real estate or facilities projects.
• Deep knowledge of networking fundamentals: routing, switching, subnetting, VLANs, STP, VTP, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Proven experience in network design and implementation, including resilient topologies and SD-WAN solutions.
• Hands-on experience with major networking platforms such as Cisco, Arista, and Palo Alto.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, including firewall configuration and VPNs.
• Scripting and automation skills using Python, Ruby, or Perl.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to design physical and logical network layouts from site plans and MEP diagrams.
