Description

Technical focal point for resolving complex 5G network incidents and providing escalation support for large-scale solutions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents across Cisco and AWS technologies.
• Lead root cause analysis and triage for systemic product, software, and solution issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps teams to identify and correct complex technical problems.
• Develop technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge transfer materials for NOC engineers.
• Build incident response options and escalation paths to maintain 5G infrastructure operational readiness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering and incident resolution.
• Deep technical expertise in 5G deployment and infrastructure.
• Proficiency with AWS technologies.
• Experience with DevOps practices.
• Working knowledge of NOC operations and incident handling.
• Ability to manage hardware capabilities, software anomaly thresholds, and licensing requirements.
• Experience with change management best practices.

Preferred Skills

• CCIE certification.
