Description

You will manage and maintain enterprise-scale network and voice infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure components.
• Design, deploy, and monitor enterprise switched network environments to ensure resiliency and security.
• Configure and troubleshoot UCCE, including call routing and scripting.
• Diagnose complex network and security problems and maintain detailed network documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.
• Proficiency in network security and information security implementation.
• Experience installing and maintaining network hardware including routers and switches.
• Ability to support and maintain telecom communications network servers.
• Experience with network security design and integration.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot customer network and security issues.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP certification.
