Description

You will provide operations and break-fix support for enterprise-level Wi-Fi customers, managing wireless infrastructure and resolving incidents.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise Wi-Fi environments through operational maintenance and break-fix troubleshooting.
• Manage and maintain access points and wireless infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches and Brocade hardware.
• Document incidents and track resolutions using Remedy or similar ticketing systems.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise-level Wi-Fi customers.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ruckus access points.
• 3+ years of experience with Brocade networking hardware.
• 3 years of experience configuring and managing Cisco switches.
• Experience working within a ticketing system such as Remedy.
• CCNA certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Additional networking certifications beyond CCNA.
