Description

You will manage IT infrastructure, network systems, and user support for 125+ staff members.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software support for Thin Client workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
• Manage the MTRS Microsoft Teams telephone system and associated hardware.
• Support the FSLogix VDI User Profile Management environment.
• Ensure maximum uptime for network OS, applications, servers, services, and LAN/WAN equipment.
• Record, track, and evaluate staff requests using the Service Desk application.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of professional IT experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows Desktop operating systems.
• Experience with AWS instances and Hyper-V 3.0 environments.
• Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, SAN, and LAN/WAN administration.
• Familiarity with Backup and BackupExec systems.
• Experience supporting EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) components, including disk arrays and fiber channel switches.
