Description

Support the service provider network engineering team in maintaining and troubleshooting enterprise-scale infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Method of Procedure meetings to coordinate and validate network changes.
• Troubleshoot ongoing project issues using Jira for task tracking and Remedy for incident management.
• Manage and resolve incoming technical tickets from the support queue.
• Provide hands-on support for enterprise-scale network infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with Juniper hardware or software.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with Nokia hardware or software.
• Proven troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments.
• Experience working within Jira for task management.
• Experience using Remedy for incident management.
• Strong time management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
