Description

You will support the enterprise network environment as part of a service provider engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot ongoing project issues and resolve tickets from the queue.
• Participate in Method of Procedure (MoP) meetings and write technical implementation steps.
• Collaborate with engineers on peer reviews and complex technical issues.
• Perform maintenance tasks during nightly windows from midnight to 6am EST.
• Manage tasks and documentation using Jira, Salesforce, and Remedy.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with Cisco 7k and 9k series hardware.
• Troubleshooting experience with Juniper and/or Nokia equipment.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments.
• Proficiency using Jira for task management.
• Strong time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA, CCNP, or other relevant network certifications.
• Experience working within a Service Provider environment.
• Project management skillset and experience using Salesforce.
