Description

You will manage complex network infrastructure and lead large-scale technology projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment, planning, and design of release packages while implementing deployment automation.
• Perform daily production support, performance tuning, and crisis management for high-severity incidents.
• Design and maintain monitoring and alerting processes across all IT platforms.
• Coordinate implementation efforts between Technology Infrastructure and other teams, facilitating IT change management.
• Provide Tier 3 support, technical leadership, and mentorship to the engineering team.

Required Skills

• CCNA or CCNP certification required.
• 2-3 years of experience with Cisco Route, Switch, and Wireless infrastructure.
• 2-3 years of experience in WAN system design and integration.
• 2-3 years of experience in large, complex project oversight and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of wireless design, coverage, and Cisco wireless technology.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus platforms.
• Knowledge of datacenter and MDF/IDF closet construction design, including cabling, racks, power, and cooling.
• Established understanding of network connectivity and protocols.
• Ability to implement scripted solutions for automation opportunities.

Preferred Skills

• BA or BS in Computer Science, Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
