Description

You will manage global network operations, perimeter security, and third-party connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain network solutions including Cisco, Versa SD-WAN, Cisco Meraki, SonicWall Firewall, and Cisco WiFi.
• Troubleshoot and remediate infrastructure issues, remote access problems, and network automation components.
• Analyze incident patterns for proprietary technology devices and perimeter connectivity to drive resolution.
• Coordinate technical implementations for infrastructure improvements and global network upgrades.
• Manage incident, problem, change, and knowledge processes following ITIL frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Network Operations.
• Strong knowledge of SD-WAN, WAN, WiFi, and Load Balancing (LB).
• Proficiency with Cisco, Versa SD-WAN, Cisco Meraki, and SonicWall Firewall.
• Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and industry standards.
• Experience using ServiceNow for IT service management.
• CCNA certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Implementing and Operating Cisco Enterprise Network Core Technologies (ENCOR).
• Designing Cisco Enterprise Wireless Networks (ENWLSD).
