Description

You will manage, design, and troubleshoot complex global network infrastructures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot transport layer issues, including WAN link failures and performance degradation.
• Participate in large-scale global MPLS and SD-WAN project implementations.
• Design, implement, and document new network solutions and security upgrades.
• Install, configure, and support network equipment, including uCPE, WAN accelerators, and firewalls.
• Manage routine firmware updates, network monitoring, and alert management to maximize performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network monitoring, WAN troubleshooting, and alert management.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN and MPLS technologies.
• Proven track record working on large-scale global network projects.
• Experience with uCPE devices and WAN acceleration technologies.
• Proficiency in enterprise firewall solutions and network security.
• Ability to provide detailed network status reports and technical documentation.
• Direct experience with customer interaction during service activation and deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Implementation experience with Versa, Cisco Viptela, Meraki MX, Velocloud, or Fortinet.
• Expertise in network performance tuning and infrastructure fault resolution.
