Description

You will serve as the primary support contact for enterprise customers, resolving post-implementation issues and ensuring system stability for Premium Vista ERP users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and cloud issues for enterprise customers.
• Develop troubleshooting automation and AI tools to improve resolution efficiency.
• Build performance and system stability telemetry dashboards using web development tools.
• Manage support cases, ensuring timely response to critical issues within SLAs.
• Advocate for customer issues with product and cloud engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in technical support, customer success, or enterprise software solutions.
• Proficiency with Cloud environments, specifically Azure Cloud.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for technical issues.
• Proficiency in enterprise software systems and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience integrating Trimble products using Microsoft Azure technologies.
• Knowledge of HTML, JSON, and CSS for dashboard development.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical details for non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Trimble CMS Vista ERP or similar construction/project management applications.
• Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems for case management.
