Description

You will manage and support network infrastructure and wireless technologies while leading technical teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers through hands-on guidance.
• Manage LAN switching, routing, and WLAN protocols.
• Implement and manage wireless networks using Cisco products.
• Resolve complex technical issues involving protocols and access points.
• Integrate systems and solutions across the network environment.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in network engineering or telecommunications support.
• Strong proficiency in LAN switching and routing.
• Deep experience with WLAN protocols and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Wireless products.
• Proven ability to lead teams and mentor others.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco Meraki dashboard, APIs, and Cisco DNA Center with Assurance.
• Familiarity with Cisco IOS-XE and Meraki network elements.
• Knowledge of RF analysis and design using Ekahau.
