Description

You will manage and maintain the entire network infrastructure while ensuring strict adherence to defined SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve technical issues on Cisco and non-Cisco products including Siemens, HP, and EtherWAN.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Design network architecture for new projects and develop IT roadmaps for wireless, network, and data security.
• Support telephony and emergency systems including Siemens Unify Openscape 4000 PBX, Patton VoIP gateways, and Emcom/Talkaphone emergency telephones.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Expertise with Cisco L2/L3 switches and Nexus 7000 series switches.
• Proficiency in routing protocols including OSPF and BGP.
• Hands-on experience with QoS, TCP/IP, IPSEC, MPLS, L2VPN, and VPLS.
• Knowledge of Cisco IOS, Cisco NAC, and SNMP.
• Experience managing Siemens Unify Openscape, Avaaya M7117, and Emcom OS.
• Ability to support VoIP hardware including CP205, CP600, and Opensage 15.
• Master's degree in CS, MIS, CIS, Engineering, or a related field.
