Description

You will manage the procurement, installation, and statewide network integration of LiveScan systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the installation of LiveScan equipment and network requirements across various agencies.
• Establish network connectivity between cloud-based LiveScan servers and agency-level hardware.
• Configure state and agency systems to ensure seamless integration with cloud-based servers.
• Advise agencies on upgrading existing equipment and defining technical requirements.
• Coordinate technical activities between IT suppliers and state personnel.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in advanced network administration (DHCP, DNS, routers, firewalls).
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting computer hardware and software problems.
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• 5+ years of experience in technical support for PCs and peripherals.
• 5+ years of experience in customer relations and professional communication.
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
