Description

You will manage network administration, provide technical support for hardware and peripherals, and maintain core network services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer core network services including DHCP and DNS.
• Configure and maintain routers and firewalls to ensure security and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot hardware, PC, and peripheral issues for end-users.
• Execute multiple network projects simultaneously while maintaining technical support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or administration.
• Hands-on expertise with DHCP and DNS configuration.
• Direct experience configuring routers and firewalls.
• Strong network troubleshooting capabilities for complex issues.
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Advanced computer skills covering PCs and peripherals.
• Analytical and decision-making skills for technical problem solving.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing customer relations in a technical support context.
