Manage complex network infrastructures and communication standards within a manufacturing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network solutions using Cisco and Aruba hardware.
• Manage network security protocols and endpoint solutions via Cisco ISE.
• Analyze diagnostic data reports to ensure network stability.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for system designs.
• Prioritize technical workloads and execute project management tasks in high-pressure environments.

Required Skills

• CCIE certification is required.
• 10+ years of experience as a network engineer.
• Expertise in Cisco NXOS and IOS operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Aruba devices.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, SNMP, switching, and routing protocols.
• Proficiency with network analysis tools including SolarWinds, Cisco DNA, Wireshark, Net Scout, and WireXpert.
• Experience with Spectrum Analyzers and Network Loggers.
• Strong understanding of 802.11, EtherNet/IP, Profinet I/O, and QoS.
• Knowledge of PLC communication and its impact on Ethernet networks.

Preferred Skills

• Manufacturing Engineering and Information Technology background.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
