Description

You will maintain and support the organization's network infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain network systems in a professional environment.
• Troubleshoot networking issues across multi-vendor, multi-protocol networks.
• Collaborate with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to implement technical solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service related to network operations.
• Manage system administration tasks across various operating systems.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience supporting and maintaining network systems.
• Hands-on experience with Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPNs, and Wireless technologies.
• Proficiency with routing protocols such as OSPF or BGP.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex networking issues.
• System administration skills across various operating systems.
• One or more networking certifications (Net+, CCENT, CCNA, or equivalent).
• Strong customer service orientation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with external vendors and VARs.
• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities for multi-protocol environments.
