Description

You will manage and troubleshoot local and field network infrastructure while supporting cybersecurity defenses.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy new network hardware and communications infrastructure.
• Design extensions and connections to the campus network.
• Monitor network resources for faults, traffic anomalies, and connection issues.
• Respond to Tier 1 network support requests and break/fix tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date architecture documentation, inventory, and change histories.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Cisco Routing and Switching.
• 3+ years of experience with VLAN management and subnetting.
• 3+ years of experience with Network Design and routing protocols.
• 3+ years of experience with Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• 3+ years of experience with VPN and remote access technologies.
• 5+ years of experience with Network Monitoring tools.
• 5+ years of experience with DNS/DHCP.
• 5+ years of experience with Network Security.
• Firepower experience.
• Basic Windows workstation troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years with Firepower Threat Defense and Firepower Management Console.
• Linux command line skills.
