You will provide network administration and troubleshooting support for local and field environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot local and field network connectivity issues.
• Manage Tier 1 support tickets and user workstation issues.
• Maintain and configure network security protocols and access control lists.
• Monitor network performance and stability.

Required Skills

• 5 years of Network Security experience.
• 5 years of Windows Workstation troubleshooting.
• 3 years of Cisco Routing and Switching.
• 3 years of VLAN Management.
• 3 years of Network Design.
• 3 years of Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• 3 years of Subnetting.
• 3 years of Routing Protocols.
• 3 years of Network Monitoring.
• 3 years of VPN and Remote Access Technologies.
• 2 years of DNS/DHCP.

Preferred Skills

• 5 years of Firepower experience.
• 3 years of Firepower Threat Defense or Firepower Management Console.
• 3 years of Linux knowledge.
