You will manage and support cloud applications, Microsoft 365 environments, and custom SharePoint solutions.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and recommend technical solutions for software configuration, Microsoft 365 Admin Centers, and SharePoint solutions.
Install, configure, test, and maintain systems, application software, and required servers.
Diagnose and resolve complex application and system problems, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Monitor current systems to recommend enhancements based on collected data.
Document troubleshooting steps, technical solutions, and provide status updates to stakeholders via helpdesk systems.
Required Skills
Microsoft 365 setup, configuration, and operational support via Admin Centers.
SharePoint Technologies, including SharePoint Server 2019 and SharePoint Online.
Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and .NET Framework.
Experience with RESTful application design and Internet Information Services (IIS).
General database design and administration.
Application and server-level security implementation.
Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science with 8 years of experience, or equivalent professional experience (Associate's with 10 years, or High School Diploma with 12 years).
Preferred Skills
Experience with PCI, NIST, or Pub1075 security implementations and audits.
Knowledge of security procedures and working within team development environments.
