Description

You will design and deploy secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure, focusing on automation and compliance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation for cloud security accelerators and intellectual property.
• Build and maintain SIEM, SOAR, and XDR technologies alongside Security Operations teams.
• Implement secure zero-trust infrastructure and resolve configuration issues across all environments.
• Construct monitoring, logging, and auditing systems to ensure compliance with NIST, HIPAA, PII, SOX, PCI, CMMC, and CUI frameworks.
• Travel to customer engagements as required.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in information security and engineering.
• 5+ years designing and maintaining infrastructure in AWS and Azure.
• 5+ years deploying, configuring, and maintaining cloud VM-series Palo Alto firewalls.
• Proven experience with cloud security design, operations, and automation.
• Active AWS or Azure certification.
• Experience with security tools for state and local government customers.
• Ability to document security tools, deployment configurations, and incident reports.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks including NIST, HIPAA, PII, SOX, and PCI.
• PCNSA or PCNSE certification.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with CMMC and CUI frameworks.
