Description

You will manage, monitor, and optimize enterprise network and server systems, ensuring security, performance, and compliance across Microsoft and infrastructure environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SCCM/MECM, Intune, and MDM environments for Windows Server (2019/2022/2025) and Windows 11 systems.
• Perform PowerShell scripting and automation to streamline system management, upgrades, patches, and configurations.
• Monitor network infrastructure, performance, and security while troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support MS SQL and clustering environments, assist in disaster recovery and failover planning, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Document processes, user guides, and system designs, and provide technical leadership and effort estimates for improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SCCM / MECM / Intune / MDM.
• 3+ years of experience with MS GCC High Tenant.
• 5+ years of experience with Pub1075 compliance / audits.
• 5+ years of Change Management experience.
• 3+ years of Active Directory experience (RBAC / user access control).
• 5+ years of experience with LAN / VLAN networking.
• 5+ years of experience with VMware virtualization.
• Strong experience in PowerShell scripting.
• Proven experience working with State/Government agencies.

Preferred Skills

• STIG Hardening and Hybrid Cloud Architecture.
• Hyperconverged Infrastructure and Shell Scripting.
• Industry Certifications (MCP, MCSE, etc.).
