Description

You will install and maintain data center network infrastructure, handling physical hardware setup and fiber optic connectivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mount and install racks, patch panels, and equipment grounding.
• Install, terminate, and troubleshoot fiber optic connections (simplex & duplex).
• Manage inventory for network devices and close technical tickets.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a US data center environment focused on network devices.
• Termination of LC, SC, ST, FC, FDDI, SMA, and MPO/MTP connectors for multi-mode and single-mode fiber.
• Technical background in computer hardware and networking troubleshooting.
• Ability to work at heights, off a ladder, and in confined spaces.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with standard network devices.
