Description

You will install, maintain, and configure network hardware and software environments, supporting infrastructure operations and server connectivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, Ethernet switches, wireless bridges, access points, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Support complex LAN/WAN network environments, including enterprise networks and ITS field cabinet systems.
• Test hardware, networking software, and operating systems before deployment or upgrades.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and ensure standards compliance alongside Network Architects.
• Act as the escalation point for high-priority network support issues and field operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with network applications, network switches, servers, and enterprise networking.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, routing, switching, and network infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with network cabling systems, including fiber optic cabling.
• Ability to work in outdoor, adverse weather, and highway/traffic environments.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical study and relevant networking experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco Routing & Switching, Ubiquiti Wireless, Sierra Wireless, and FortiSIEM.
