You will manage, configure, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructures and security protocols.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot routing loops, asymmetric routing, and STP loop issues.
• Implement operational changes and coordinate with project teams for scheduled updates.
• Represent the team during change and incident management meetings.
• Analyze tool outputs to provide hardware performance recommendations, such as addressing high CPU utilization.
• Communicate technical requirements clearly to customers and offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of network engineering experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Routing protocols: EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
• LAN switching: VLAN, VTP, STP, and EtherChannel.
• Cisco hardware: Catalyst, Nexus 9K/7K series, ASA, and IPS.
• Cisco software: IOS and NX-OS.
• Security: Cisco ISE, AAA architecture, TACACS+, RADIUS, 802.1x, and IPSec/SSL VPN/Cisco AnyConnect.
• SD-WAN experience, specifically Silver Peak.
• Next Gen Firewalls, specifically Cisco Firepower.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience supporting SAP, Citrix, and Portal applications.
