Description

You will design, implement, and maintain small to mid-size networks, focusing on SD-WAN migration and Cisco infrastructure. You will own the project lifecycle from assessment and capacity planning through to implementation and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Migrate and manage SD-WAN environments using Meraki, Viptela, and Mist wireless solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Nexus technologies (VPC/VDC/OTV) on Nexus 7K, 5K, and 2K platforms.
• Implement and optimize routing protocols including OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS, BGP, and MPLS at an expert level.
• Perform infrastructure assessments, capacity planning, and network performance monitoring.
• Design system configurations and enforce standards for network stability and security.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering with CCNP certification.
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco ACI, Nexus, and legacy routers (ISR 1800-3800, 7206 VXR).
• Deep knowledge of routing protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, IGRP, RIPv1/v2, IS-IS, BGP.
• Experience with SD-WAN technologies: Meraki, Viptela, and Mist wireless.
• Proficiency in QoS implementation, troubleshooting, and WAN optimization (Riverbed, Cisco WAAS, or NetScaler).
• Familiarity with F5 LTM devices and HP switching devices is advantageous.
• Strong documentation and customer service skills for complex environment troubleshooting.
