Description

You will manage and optimize network infrastructure across global MPLS and SD-WAN environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and document new network solutions to improve existing efficiency.
• Install, configure, and support network equipment including uCPE, WAN accelerators, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot transport layer issues and WAN link faults to maintain performance.
• Execute scheduled upgrades and firmware updates to ensure security and stability.
• Collaborate with customers to activate services and report status to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in network engineering.
• Direct experience with SD-WAN technologies (Velocloud, Viptela, Versa, Meraki, or Fortinet).
• Proven expertise in network monitoring and alert management.
• Experience with large-scale global MPLS and SD-WAN projects.
• Ability to troubleshoot WAN link and transport layer issues.
• Experience with firewall technologies and WAN accelerators.
• Background in planning and creating technical documentation for network upgrades.

Preferred Skills

• Direct implementation experience with Versa, Cisco-Viptela, Meraki MX, Velocloud, or Fortinet platforms.
