Description

Design, implement, and maintain network solutions in a 24/7 mission-critical environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new network solutions to improve existing efficiency.
• Install, configure, and support routers, switches, wireless devices, firewalls, and load balancing appliances.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot outages, faults, and complex connectivity issues.
• Automate repetitive tasks and manage scheduled firmware upgrades and equipment updates.
• Document system standards, perform IP address auditing, and report network status to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Thorough understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite.
• Detailed knowledge of the OSI model, specifically layers 1-4 and layer 7.
• Experience configuring and supporting firewalls and security appliances.
• Experience managing network load balancing appliances.
• Proficiency in routing and switching configuration for security and efficiency.
• Ability to process, monitor, and prioritize trouble tickets in a 24/7 environment.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
