Description

You will design, deploy, and maintain a Fixed Wireless ISP network to improve reliability and scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead IP/Layer 2 and Layer 3 network design and deployment.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for network design and ISP platforms.
  • Coach junior technical staff on network implementation and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Design, deploy, and maintain customer LANs and associated networks.
  • Monitor and maintain network performance to ensure availability and manageability.

Required Skills

  • 5–7 years of experience in Fixed Wireless ISP, IP, and network design.
  • Proficiency with OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and Spanning Tree.
  • Deep understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, and VRFs.
  • Hands-on experience with carrier Ethernet, LAN/WAN, routing, and switching.
  • Experience with ISP routing protocols and circuit management.
  • Competency with MikroTik, Cambium, Telrad, Tarana, Nokia, Adtran, and Zhone platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for complex network environments.
  • Knowledge of wiring and installation standards for hardware.
  • Familiarity with computing environments including servers, PCs, and storage systems.
