Description

You will manage and maintain network infrastructure, security monitoring, and hardware inventory in Des Moines, IA.

Responsibilities

• Audit infrastructure using network and security monitoring tools to detect and remediate issues.
• Develop network and security configuration procedures and detailed technical documentation.
• Maintain inventory records for circuit installs, disconnects, support contracts, and hardware.
• Monitor circuit and application performance to ensure stability.
• Provide high-level technical overviews to the team to assist in workload planning and prioritization.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on technical experience with routers and switches.
• Proficiency with Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies, including BGP, VLANs, Trunking, and IPSec.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• CCNA or CCNP certification.
• Ability to maintain clear, detail-oriented documentation of processes and procedures.
• Degree from an accredited four-year college, university, or equivalent combination of certification and experience.
