Description

You will manage network operations and hardware lifecycle tasks for Cisco infrastructure and VOIP services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute MACDs (Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletions) for network infrastructure.
• Maintain and configure Cisco networking equipment and software.
• Manage VOIP services and Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) configurations.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues across TCP/IP protocols.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional networking experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco hardware and software.
• Proficiency in VOIP technologies.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
• Experience managing Cisco Call Manager (CUCM).
• Relevant industry certifications.
