Description

You will own the maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting of the core network infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and resolve incidents related to routing protocols and switch configurations.
• Optimize OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP routing protocols to ensure stability and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain Layer 2 technologies including VLANs, STP, and EtherChannel.
• Ensure network security through best practices, regular audits, and firmware upgrades.
• Maintain accurate documentation for network diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Strong knowledge of OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP routing protocols.
• Proficiency in VLANs, STP, and EtherChannel configurations.
• Experience with network switching and general infrastructure support.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing tools for incident management.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with patch management and firmware upgrade execution.
• Strong documentation skills for network topology and procedures.
