Description

You will troubleshoot and resolve escalated Access and CPE device issues within a lab environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Reproduce field issues reported by Field Operations teams in a controlled lab setting.
• Identify root causes for complex network and device failures.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues related to Access and CPE devices.
• Analyze field data to drive resolution of connectivity problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Deep expertise in troubleshooting DOCSIS protocols and holistic DOCSIS architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of Customer Premise Equipment (CPE).
• Strong familiarity with Optical Network Unit (ONU) operations.
• Technical understanding of OFDM, OFDMA, or ATDMA.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis on hardware and protocol issues.
• Experience working in a lab-based diagnostic environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating directly with Field Operations teams to resolve real-world deployment issues.
