Description

You will manage network infrastructure and CPE operations, including root cause analysis and lab validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis and device analysis to identify modem issues.
• Build and validate network testing labs using switches, PDUs, modems, and ONUs.
• Manage CPE DOCSIS (CM, CMTS, iCMTS) and general CPE operations.
• Analyze Wi-Fi firmware and logs to troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Hands-on experience with DOCSIS 3.0, 3.1, and 4.0.
• Proficiency with Python, Perl, Shell, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Strong working knowledge of Linux systems and Bash configurations.
• Familiarity with AIDMA and OFDMA.
• Experience with cable modem configuration files and RF knowledge.
• Proficiency in reading and troubleshooting Wi-Fi firmware logs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with iCMTS architectures.
