Description

You will design, install, and maintain complex network systems for the Fayetteville operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network solutions, including configuration and administration of Cisco devices.
• Isolate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to WAN/LAN optimization, VoIP, video, and encryption devices.
• Execute contingency plans for hardware and software failures to manage isolated or major outages.
• Monitor and tune network performance using tools to trace data and protocol activity.
• Oversee system specifications, integration, testing, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Proficiency with EIGRP, route redistribution, and route filtering.
• Hands-on experience with Multicast, QoS, and NBAR.
• Strong knowledge of GRE tunnels and Layer 2/3 switching.
• Experience with interVLAN routing, NAT, and VPNs.
• Competency in Spanning Tree, standard/extended ACLs, and TACACS.
• Experience using Solarwinds and Riverbed for monitoring and optimization.
• Ability to work with encryption devices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing enterprise-level support for test and evaluation centers.
