Description

Configure and deploy retail store networks using Cisco Meraki, managing the full lifecycle from pre-deployment engineering to operational validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy new store networks using Cisco Meraki (MX, MS, MR), ensuring devices are claimed, licensed, and assigned in the Dashboard.
• Create and manage store network IP space and subnets in Infoblox, developing configuration standards for naming, VLANs, and port mappings.
• Support rack and stack activities, performing remote or onsite validation of network connectivity, routing, and wireless services.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, VPN, and utility network issues, validating end-to-end functionality using Meraki Dashboard and network tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation for store configurations and topology, verifying compliance and tracking deployment progress.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of network engineering experience (5+ years required).
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki (MX, MS, MR).
• Proficiency in VLANs, routing, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and wireless technologies.
• Experience with WAN, LAN, and firewall/security policy configuration.
• Familiarity with cloud-managed networking and IPAM platforms like Infoblox.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to coordinate with field teams and vendors during installation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with retail or branch network rollouts.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation or repeatable deployment processes.
