Manage network operations, incident response, and infrastructure maintenance in Getzville, NY.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support, including hardware RMA tracking and carrier issue management.
• Manage operational network maintenance, change implementation, and daily network checks.
• Monitor systems to perform fault management, alert remediation, and monitoring system tuning.
• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and assist with periodic network reviews.
• Develop operational procedures, support documentation, and network operations policies.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or support roles.
• Strong knowledge of network routing and switching technologies and protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.
• Formal technical certification such as CCNA or CCNP.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Checkpoint, Cisco firewalls, load balancers, and WAN accelerators.
• Scripting and programming skills using Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
