Description

You will own onsite network support, troubleshooting, and infrastructure maintenance in Goa.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve router and switch connectivity issues.
• Perform rack and stack operations for network hardware.
• Install and terminate structured cabling.
• Conduct connectivity testing to ensure network integrity.
• Provide direct onsite technical support.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in networking or field services.
• Hands-on experience with router and switch configuration.
• Proficiency in structured cabling installation and testing.
• Ability to perform rack and stack tasks.
• Strong diagnostic skills for network hardware.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA certification or equivalent practical experience.
