Description

You will lead network planning, architecture design, and engineering efforts to build complete network configurations and resolve complex optimization tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Integrate communication architectures, topologies, hardware, software, and signaling protocols.
• Design corporate standards and implement approved methods of procedure (MOPs).
• Resolve network problems and evaluate new products for integration.
• Provide tier support across organizations and lead project teams on complex optimization tasks.
• Develop and document technical standards to enhance network performance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of data network experience with Cisco and/or Juniper environments.
• 7+ years of experience with F5 load balancers.
• Hands-on experience with ASA and SRX firewalls.
• Proficiency with F5 and A10 technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Routing, Switching, TCP/IP, and the OSI Model.
• Deep understanding of IEEE and ANSI specifications and physical media (Multimode Fiber, Singlemode Fiber, UTP).
• Experience with network design, architecture, and topology.
• Ability to produce accurate MOPs and use ticketing/software tools for operations support.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIP, or CCIE).
• Juniper Certifications (JNCIA, JNCIP).
• Vendor-specific training in Alcatel-Lucent or other networking hardware.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience required.
