You will operate and maintain the health of a high-scale, multi-tier network environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Operate networks using high-scale hardware, multi-tier topology, and advanced tooling.
• Solve complex technical problems and determine root causes to implement permanent fixes.
• Manage operational changes and drive technology changes to ensure network reliability.
• Develop automated tooling and implement design optimizations.
• Maintain KPIs, reporting, and governance while building relationships with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in network operations or support.
• CCNP certification in Routing and Switching.
• Proficiency with BGP and OSPF routing protocols.
• Experience with SDWAN and Wireless technologies.
• Hands-on experience in multi-vendor environments.
• Competent ITIL skills specifically in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Experience using ServiceNow.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven crisis management and people leadership experience.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL certification.
