Description

You will manage and optimize network performance across colo, trading, office, and data center environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot outages in live trading environments.
• Administer firewall environments and upgrade network equipment to stable firmware.
• Provide technical support for Linux servers and related networking technologies.
• Manage hardware changes, software installations, and upgrades for Linux-based servers.
• Optimize network performance through scheduled upgrades and protocol tuning.

Required Skills

• Routing and Switching: VLANs, Inter-VLAN routing, VTP, STP, EtherChannel, Layer 3, BGP, and static/dynamic routing.
• VPNs (IPSec, SSL, Site-to-Site) and Firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto).
• Multicast routing, PIM, and IGMP protocols.
• Linux environments with Shell or Python scripting proficiency.
• Server hardware setup and configuration experience.
• CCNA or CCNP certification in Routing & Switching.
• Any Graduate degree with 5+ years of experience.

Preferred Skills

• Engineering degree in Computer Science.
• Exposure to AWS.
