Schedule & Location Constraints

• Residency: Strictly open to Pennsylvania residents only. Out-of-state candidates will not be considered.
• Hybrid Structure: First 2 weeks are 100% on-site at the Harrisburg Headquarters (1601 Elmerton Ave) for orientation. Afterward, a hybrid schedule of up to 3 days remote and 2 days on-site is available at the agency's discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and patch physical and virtual servers.
• Assist in the investigation and mitigation of security incidents.
• Configure and troubleshoot physical Cisco switches, VMware distributed virtual switches, and Cradlepoint routers.
• Monitor support backlogs and document issue/risk remediation for leadership.

Technical Skill Requirements

Required:

• Server Administration (Windows/VMware): 3+ years
• VMware vSphere: 2+ years

Desired:

• Cisco Networking: 2+ years
• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM): 2+ years
• Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM): 2+ years
• Cisco Unified Communications (VoIP): 1+ year
• Nessus by Tenable: 1+ year
• Firewall Administration: 1+ year
• Linux Administration: 1+ year

Interview Process
