Description

Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain physical and virtual servers, networking equipment, and security infrastructure for hybrid operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and patch physical and virtual servers.
• Configure and troubleshoot physical Cisco switches, VMware distributed virtual switches, and Cradlepoint routers.
• Assist in the investigation and mitigation of security incidents.
• Monitor support backlogs and document issue and risk remediation for leadership.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Server Administration experience (Windows/Linux).
• 2+ years of VMware vSphere experience.
• 2+ years of Cisco Networking configuration and troubleshooting.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) experience.
• 1+ years of Cisco Unified Communications (VoIP) experience.
• 1+ years of Nessus by Tenable experience.
• 1+ years of Firewall Administration experience.

Preferred Skills

• Linux Administration experience (1+ years).
